A small Roblox studio. We ship experiences people come back to, and we keep building them long after launch, which is the part most studios skip.

01What we've shipped
Every number here is a person who chose to spend an evening with something we made. We treat that as a responsibility, not a score.

02How we think
Most Roblox studios optimise for the launch. A trailer, a thumbnail, a week on the front page, and then the servers empty and the game is quietly abandoned. We think that is a poor way to build a game and a worse way to spend your twenties.
We ship a lot of ideas. Some land immediately and some do not, and we would rather learn that from real players than argue about it in a document. Experimenting often is how you find the one that works.
What we do not do is walk away. A slow first week is information, not a verdict. We keep building, tuning and reading the feedback that arrives at two in the morning, because the games we care about most are rarely the ones that looked impressive on day one.
We hire people who want to own something real. Not a ticket queue, but a system, a mechanic, a slice of the game they can point at and say they built. If that sounds like the job you want, the roles are further down.
“Ship it, then keep shipping it.”
03How we build
Before art, before systems, we find the thirty seconds a player would repeat voluntarily. If that does not exist, nothing built on top of it will save it.
Greybox, placeholder audio, programmer art. A boring mechanic should be obvious in week one, not after someone has spent a month making it beautiful.
Small private servers, real players, no briefing. We watch where they hesitate. Watching beats asking, because players are generous and almost never accurate.
Release with the telemetry already in. Session length, drop-off point, where the economy leaks. You cannot tune what you did not think to measure.
Updates on a cadence players can predict. Most of our work happens after launch, and that is where the retention actually comes from.

We hire people who want to point at a system and say they built it. We read every application ourselves, and we answer either way.
